OUR NEXT EVENT - May 3, 2013
Join us again in May for historic Downtown Canton's First Friday festival,
held the first Friday of each month from 6-9 pm on Main Street. Join us
again and bring your family and friends!
Downtown Canton will rock again this month with live entertainment,
special events, food, book signings and artists. Restaurants and merchants
will stay open late with First Friday special sales and promotions.
Grease is the word!
Some months will have themes, while others will offer an eclectic mix of
sights and sounds.
Streets are blocked off starting at about 5 p.m. and events run from 6 p.m.
to 9 p.m. In cooler months, festivities start and end an hour earlier.

Car Show Entrants - Just Show Up!
For First Friday in May the movie "Grease" starring Olivia Newton John and
John Travolta will be screened at the Canton Theatre. Show off your classic
car from the period and/or come dressed up celebrating the late '50's!
Admission and parking for the First Friday event are free. Blankets and/or
chairs are recommended. Parking is available at many locations around
town which will be marked and directed by volunteers. Enjoy a short walk
to all the First Friday festivities!
